We recently enjoyed an extended afternoon with our friends from Tourism Australia, who decided to indulge in not one, but TWO of our most popular classes.
The event kicked off with our Cocktail Making Class, followed by a masterclass in Thai Cooking from our own experienced chef. After all, what in the world goes better with a summer cocktail than a lavish serving of Spring Rolls, Fish Cakes, Thai Curry and Exotic Salad?
Tourism Australia booked a relaxing afternoon with Jenius Social to round off a two-day conference in London. Celebrating the achievements of the event, the time came to unwind with a couple of cocktails – created exclusively by our esteemed guests!
Our Cocktail Making Class includes full tuition on how to make two popular cocktails like a pro. After which, participants are given the opportunity to create their own unique cocktails from scratch! The results of which never fail to surprise…on both sides of the spectrum.
After this, it was time to spend a couple of hours learning the secrets of authentic Thai cookery. Use of a pestle and mortar, cooking with woks, how to make a green curry paste from scratch, essential knife technique – just a few of the skills picked up by the folks from Tourism Australia.
Armed with their new talents, the team whipped up a series of incredible Thai dishes in a flash - spring rolls Thai style, Thai fishcakes, Green Chicken Curry – all simply delicious!
