Spicy Malagueta Prawn Skewers Recipe
- 6 Tiger Prawns
- 5 Pineapple Cubes
- 1 minced Garlic Clove
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon Chile Powder
- 1 teaspoon Sweet Paprika
- Juice of 1/2 Lime
- 2 tablespoons Tomato Paste
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Peel and de-vein the tiger prawns.
- Mix all dry spices with lime and tomato paste.
- Marinate the prawns in the mixture.
- Skewer the prawns with pineapple cubes.
- Place them on a Grill, BBQ or pan fry.
