Spicy Malagueta Prawn Skewers Recipe


Ingredients:

  • 6 Tiger Prawns
  • 5 Pineapple Cubes
  • 1 minced Garlic Clove
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chile Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Sweet Paprika
  • Juice of 1/2 Lime
  • 2 tablespoons Tomato Paste
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Peel and de-vein the tiger prawns.
  2. Mix all dry spices with lime and tomato paste.
  3. Marinate the prawns in the mixture.
  4. Skewer the prawns with pineapple cubes.
  5. Place them on a Grill, BBQ or pan fry.
