Jennifer Yong

Founder

Jen founded Jenius Social after leaving the world of finance and deciding to fuse together two of her favourite things: food and socialising. She loves all aspects of gastronomy, from discovering local & unique produce to eating her way around the world. What’s more, she still can’t quite believe her day job now involves eating. Her favourite food is the Singaporean peasant dish Hainanese Chicken Rice. She also loves anything with bubbles from champagne & beer to soft drinks and is officially in love with her Soda Stream. Andrew Clements

Andrew Clements

Head Chef

Andrew is an original graduate of Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen restaurant, where he developed his huge passion and enthusiasm for all areas of food. After leaving Jamie’s flagship, he spent two years in Padstow working with Rick Stein where he honed his professional skills. Dedicated to bringing you the best food & flavours around, Andrew has also worked in Barcelona and is fluent in Spanish. His favourite drink is Aloe Vera water and his favoured food is Stornaway black pudding.

Catherine Levins

Catherine Levins

Venue Manager

Born and raised in Japan, Cat moved to London in 2015. She worked as a head receptionist at Jamie Oliver's flagship restaurant Fifteen London before coming to Jenius Social. Her favourite food is a proper thin crust pizza, closely followed by ANY cheese, and her favourite drinks are cloudy lemonade or an Asahi beer.

Jo Aspin

Jo Aspin

PR Manager

Fomer journalist and long-time foodie PR, Jo Aspin lives, dreams and breathes food & drink. With several years of Agency PR under her belt, directing accounts for UK wide restaurant groups as well as small independent food products and Michelin starred establishments, she knows her alfalfa from her falafal! Staying true to her Californian heritage Jo’s favourite food is Mexican and anything with guacamole and salsa on top. To drink? Coconut water when she’s on a health kick or a good old gin & tonic if she’s not.

Aika Levins

Aika Levins

Consulting Chef

Aika was born and raised in Japan by her English father and Japanese mother. When she was 19 she moved to London to pursue her career as a chef. She is currently working as a chef at Jamie Oliver's Fifteen, training disadvantaged young people to be chefs. Her favourite food is her mother's mabodofu, and her favourite drink is an ice cold Jack Daniel's with coke.

Clare Lydon

Copywriter

Clare worked on the launch of Restaurant magazine as well as the highly prestigious The World's 50 Best Restaurants Awards, still lauded today. She's been a writer, author and journalist for nearly 20 years and has penned copy for oodles of websites, publications and brands including Vodafone, Rhapsody and RealPlayer. Her favourite food is a toss up between roast chicken and Liquorice Allsorts, but not on the same plate. Her drink of choice would be tea or Heineken, depending on her mood.

Designer

From food styling to foodie magazines, Niusia has spent many years designing, art directing and working with businesses across the world, with culinary works ranging from international food events to family-run restaurants & pop-up catering boutiques. A globe-trotting South African, she also currently works helping out social enterprises, environmental charities and folks who do what they love full-time. She lists her favourite foods as ranging from the Asian-inspired masala dosa to vegetarian sushi, and she loves a hot gluhwein in the cold or a crisp chardonnay in the sun.
