How it works:

Need a fun and creative Christmas office party idea that will get your group into the holiday spirit? Challenge your office colleagues with a festive gingerbread house baking competition - the perfect group activity for your company work party!

To get the Christmas cheer going, everyone is welcomed with a complimentary glass of prosecco on arrival. Then it's time for cocktail making where you can choose between an Apple & Gin Punch or Mulled Wine Spritzer!

Now it's time to get baking! We’ll provide teams with the materials to construct a gingerbread house, including the gingerbread dough, icing and colourful decorations to adorn your joyful creations. Whether your team decides to go for a traditional gingerbread house build or an elaborate grand design - this activity could reveal some serious culinary and architectural talent in your team!

Packages start from £145 + VAT per person for unlimited drinks package (wines, beers & soft drinks) , all food and activity.

Chef Dan is here to show you a super simple method for making creamy, fluffy scrambled eggs every time 🥚🥚🥚

Ingredients:
✔️ 2 eggs
✔️ 2 tbsp cream
✔️ Butter
✔️ Salt & pepper

Method:
1️⃣ Crack eggs into a bowl, add cream, mix & season
2️⃣ Melt butter in a pan and season
3️⃣ Remove pan from heat, add eggs
4️⃣ Reduce heat and gently stir
5️⃣ Season, plate — and season again
