Cooking Team Building Events - Cocktails and Two Course Cuisine
How it works:
Choose a cuisine of your choice and join us for fun-filled cooking class with our chefs!
After a welcome drinks reception, you will begin with a cocktail-making class in-keeping with the cuisine of your choice!
Then it’s on to the kitchen, where you will spend 1.5 hours cooking a starter and a main dish alongside our chefs. Once you have finished cooking you can enjoy your dishes in our private dining space.
You can select from Thai, Mexican, Japanese, Chinese and Pasta & Pizza and the menus include:
Thai: Thai Pina Colada, Prawn/ Tofu Summer Rolls, Chicken /Tofu Thai Green Curry. (Includes a fun Summer Roll Making Competition)
Japanese: Yuzu Dream Cocktail, Gyozas, Bento Plate- Teriyaki Chicken/ Tofu, Maki Sushi Roll, Japanese Leaf Salad , Homemade Pickles. (Includes a fun Sushi Making Competition)
Mexican: Margherita, Selection of Salsas, Cheese with Chorizo or Sweetcorn Empanadas, Chicken/ Jackfruit Tinga, Homemade Tacos . (Includes a fun Salsa Making Competition)
Pizza & Pasta: White Stinger Negroni, Ravioli with Sage Butter, Mozzarella, Basil , Sundried Tomatoes & Pepperoni Pizza.
Chinese: Cosmopolitan, Dim Sum - Potstickers & Siu Mai, Baos with Korean Fried Chicken, Homemade Pickles.
(Gluten Free, Vegetarian & Vegan alternatives available for all experiences except from Pasta & Pizza class).
* Gluten Free is not available for Pasta & Pizza class.
