Our team building experiences include everything you need for a memorable corporate event. Each booking includes exclusive private venue hire, all ingredients and equipment, a professional chef and event host, a fun and friendly competitive format, dedicated seating and dining space, and the option to add drinks packages.

 

Do we have exclusive use of the venue?

Yes. Jenius Social offers exclusive private venue hire for team building events, meaning your team has the kitchen, dining space, and event area all to yourselves. Enjoy a relaxed and private experience designed around your group.

 

How long do team building events last?

Our cooking and baking team building experiences typically run for approximately three hours, including the interactive activity, dining, and time to enjoy the food you have created together.

Do we need any cooking experience?

No experience is needed. Our professional chefs guide your team through every stage of the experience, making sure everyone can take part, have fun, and create delicious dishes together.

What types of team building experiences do you offer?

We offer a range of interactive food-based team building experiences including cooking challenges, baking competitions, cocktail experiences, and festive events. Each experience is designed to encourage teamwork, communication, creativity, and connection.

Are your team building events competitive?

Yes, most of our experiences include a fun and friendly competitive element. If you are looking for something without a competitive element, choose our Pizza & Pasta or Chinese cocktails and two-course cuisine class. Teams work together to complete challenges, create dishes, and enjoy a little healthy competition while building stronger connections.

Can you cater for dietary requirements and allergies?

We ask guests to inform us of any allergies, disabilities, pregnancy, illness, or learning difficulties that may impact the teaching or running of our events. 

Gluten Free, Vegetarian & Vegan alternatives available for all experiences except from Pasta & Pizza class.

Gluten Free is not available for Pasta & Pizza class. 

We can accommodate special dietary requirements for group bookings and bespoke private events where we can plan the experience in advance. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for allergic reactions to food prepared at the venue or offsite, as ingredients may contain traces of allergens including nuts.

Where is Jenius Social located?

Our London venue is conveniently located in Islington, close to excellent transport links:

• 2 minutes’ walk from Holloway Road Station (Piccadilly line) — just 2 stops and around 4 minutes from King’s Cross Station

• 7 minutes’ walk from Caledonian Road Station (Piccadilly line)

• 10 minutes’ walk from Highbury & Islington Station (Victoria line and Overground), with direct connections from Stratford, Clapham Junction, and beyond

Do you provide drinks packages?

Yes. Drinks packages are available, including welcome prosecco and options for wines, beers, and soft drinks. These can be added to your team building event to create a complete food and drink experience.

Can we include a meeting or workshop before our team building activity?

Yes. Meeting and workshop facilities are available, allowing you to combine your team building experience with presentations, meetings, or company sessions.

How many people can attend a team building event?

We can host a wide range of group sizes; our minimum group booking is 10, and for larger groups, our Street Food experience is designed for 60+ guests.

What happens after the cooking activity?

Once the cooking challenge is complete, your team can relax in your private dining area and enjoy the dishes you have created together. It’s the perfect opportunity to celebrate, connect, and share a memorable experience away from the workplace.

How much does a Jenius Social team building event cost?

Private exclusive team building events at Jenius Social start from £1,200 + VAT per event. Our experiences start from £135 + VAT per person, depending on your chosen package, group size, and event requirements.

We can tailor the experience to suit your team size, budget, and objectives. Simply share your group details and we’ll recommend the most suitable option.

What is included in the team building event price?

Our team building packages include a private exclusive venue experience, professional chef and event host, all ingredients and equipment, a dedicated cooking and dining space, and a fun interactive format designed for teams. 

You'll also get a welcome prosecco reception and unlimited drinks package, complimentary event photos to share afterwards and meeting & workshop facilities if you need them. 

You can also upgrade your experience with our Premium Drinks Package and optional dessert course.

Do you have minimum spends for private corporate events?

Yes. Private exclusive events start from £1,200 + VAT per event. The final cost depends on your group size, chosen experience, date, and any additional upgrades.

Can you tailor an experience to our budget?

Yes. We regularly create bespoke team building experiences based on group size, budget, and event goals. Let us know your requirements when enquiring and our team will recommend the best option.

Do you offer shorter team building experiences?

Yes. If you are looking for a shorter baking and cocktail experience, our sister brand Bake Master London offers shorter interactive experiences from £75 + VAT per person.

We can recommend the most suitable experience based on your group size, preferred date, and event style.

 

What drinks packages are available?

You can upgrade your team building experience with our Premium Drinks Package, which includes additional drinks options to complement your cooking or baking experience. Drinks packages can be discussed when planning your event.
